Mreža mira ( BiH )

For the Mreža za izgradnju mira, we delivered a comprehensive, country-wide marketing and communication project in Bosnia and Herzegovina within the programme “Strength of the Local – Support to Local Resource Organizations” (August 2023 – January 2024). The project covered ten civil society organizations operating in different local communities, with the objective of strengthening their visibility, communication capacity, and long-term sustainability.

Our role went far beyond production. We conducted in-depth analyses, on-site field research, and direct consultations with each organization, resulting in the development of tailored marketing and communication strategies. Each strategy included audience analysis, positioning, digital marketing recommendations, visual identity guidelines, and clear promotion and communication action plans.

Alongside the strategic work, we executed full-scale photo and video production across Bosnia and Herzegovina, including documentary-style filming, interviews, video reports, and short-form digital content optimized for social media platforms. All production was carried out using high-end professional equipment and strict quality standards. In addition, we developed a wide range of visual assets and promotional materials, ensuring consistent branding across digital and physical channels.

This project required a high level of strategic thinking, coordination, and operational execution, supported by intensive fieldwork and continuous collaboration with local organizations and the project lead. The result was a significant improvement in public and digital presence of the participating organizations, as well as a solid communication framework to support their future growth, fundraising, and community engagement.
